Our approach in student appointments is based around a career coaching model in line with the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). Our work with students is active, focused, positive, and outcome-oriented. Students who have completed all phases of the Muhlenberg Action Plan in conjunction with their work done in the classroom will have developed strong career readiness competencies in line with the NACE Competencies for a Career-Ready Workforce.
