Fulvia Alderiso has been managing the LC Commons at Muhlenberg College since 2007. She provides technical assistance to students and faculty; supervises, schedules and trains work-study students, and is involved in many departmental events, language clubs, conversation tables, and more. She has a computer programming background and worked for over 14 years as a programmer for the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation in the Marketing and Information Technology area.

Fulvia is a native speaker of Italian and was born in Circello, Benevento, Italy. She's also at the familiar or conversational level in French, Spanish and Latin (written only). She travels to Italy every summer to visit family and reconnect with her heritage. She enjoys volunteering and is active at her church, local school, performing arts, theater, and soccer programs. Fulvia is married to husband Nick and has three boys, 2 daughters-in-law, Nicholas & Lauren, Erik & Tory and Lorenzo, and 2 grandchildren Nicholas and Mariella.
