Program Overview

The Master's in Organizational Leadership program is designed to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in leadership positions within organizations. The program focuses on developing essential skills such as:

By completing the program, students will also gain a deep understanding of the fundamental principles of leadership, such as effective communication, motivation, and decision-making. Human Resources Concentration

The MOL program's concentration in Human Resource Management equips students with specialized skills and knowledge, benefiting HR professionals seeking to improve their expertise and stay updated with industry best practices.

DEIB Concentration

The concentration in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to promote equity and inclusion in various professional and personal contexts.

Non-Profit Leadership Concentration

Muhlenberg College's Master's in Organizational Leadership program offers a focused Nonprofit Leadership concentration, preparing students for impactful leadership roles in the nonprofit sector.

Admission Requirements

Prospective students must have completed an undergraduate degree at an accredited institution. Students admitted to a graduate program will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
  • Two years of work experience or, if a senior or recent graduate, professional work experiences through internships, summer work, externships, and projects may be sufficient.
  • Additional admissions requirements follow the college’s graduate admissions policy.

Graduate Certificate

Muhlenerg College's Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership is a five-course, one-year program where professionals develop the necessary skills to grow as leaders in their organizations, manage change, develop staff and act ethically to achieve organizational goals. The certificate can be completed within one year, with a second-year option to complete the full master’s degree.

Tuition Cost & Financial Aid

Each course in the Organizational Leadership Program costs $850 per credit hour or $3,400 per course. Tuition includes all books, technology fees and other course-related costs.
