Duration
The program consists of ten courses, each running for eight weeks. Students can anticipate completing the program in 24 months.
Human Resources Concentration
The MOL program's concentration in Human Resource Management equips students with specialized skills and knowledge, benefiting HR professionals seeking to improve their expertise and stay updated with industry best practices.
DEIB Concentration
The concentration in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to promote equity and inclusion in various professional and personal contexts.
Non-Profit Leadership Concentration
Muhlenberg College's Master's in Organizational Leadership program offers a focused Nonprofit Leadership concentration, preparing students for impactful leadership roles in the nonprofit sector.
Each course in the Organizational Leadership Program costs $850 per credit hour or $3,400 per course. Tuition includes all books, technology fees and other course-related costs.
