Senior Associate Director of Admission Cynthia Amaya Santiago ’01 Recognized by Allentown Human Relations Committee
Cynthia Amaya Santiago ’01, senior associate director of admission and coordinator of multicultural recruitment, is a recipient of the 2011 Human Relations Awards.Friday, September 9, 2011 09:58 AM
She will be honored in a celebration on Tuesday, October 18, 2011, at 5:30 p.m., at Allentown Symphony Hall, located at 23 N. 6th Street in Allentown.
The Committee chose to honor Santiago for her efforts to drastically increase the application pool of students of color at Muhlenberg College and for the time she devotes to assisting Muhlenberg’s multicultural student organizations in their programming, membership, and fundraising efforts.
Other recipients of this year’s Human Relations Award are Malcolm Gross, Esq., Joseph Lubell, Judith Sabino, Dr. Patricia Sullivan, Casa Guadalupe Center and Hola! Radio.
