Emanuela Kucik Awarded Ruth and Joel Spira Prize for Distinguished Teaching

This award was established by Joel and Ruth Spira to recognize and inspire excellence in teaching within and beyond the confines of the traditional classroom by supporting superior performance in undergraduate research instruction. This year's recipient was Emanuela Kucik, assistant professor of English and Africana Studies.
The Muhlenberg College Honors Convocation, which was held this year at 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 13, is a formal academic ceremony designed to honor and celebrate leadership and scholarly excellence and achievement.
