Jim VanValen Named Outstanding Advisor to First-Year Students

This award was established in 1987 as a testimony to the high value the College places on advising for incoming students.
This year's recipient was Jim VanValen, lecturer in Theatre.
The Muhlenberg College Honors Convocation, which was held this year at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 1 in Egner Chapel, is a formal academic ceremony designed to honor and celebrate leadership and scholarly excellence and achievement.
