Muhlenberg College Expands Access to Graduate and Accelerated Degree Programs with New Online Offerings

Muhlenberg’s Division of Graduate and Continuing Education is housed in the award-winning Fahy Commons for Public Engagement and InnovationStarting this fall, all graduate and undergraduate accelerated degree completion programs will be offered fully online, complemented by high-impact, in-person experiences to enhance learning outcomes. These new offerings provide flexible learning opportunities that meet the needs of today's busy students while maintaining the robust academic standards the College is known for.
The transition to online formats aims to extend the reach of Muhlenberg’s distinctive educational experience, making it accessible to a broader audience. "This initiative reflects our commitment to educational innovation and accessibility," said Kathleen Harring, Ph.D., president of Muhlenberg College. "We are dedicated to offering programs that are not only flexible but also rich with opportunities for high-impact learning and personal growth."
While courses will be available online, the programs will continue to offer high-impact, in-person experiences. These will include intensive weekend conferences, seminars and other opportunities that allow for direct engagement with faculty and peers, fostering a vibrant learning community.
"By blending online flexibility with experiential learning, we ensure that our students gain practical skills and theoretical knowledge applicable to real-world challenges," said AJ Lemheney, Ed.D., vice president and executive director of graduate and continuing education. "We believe that education should be both innovative and inclusive, fitting our students' lifestyles while providing transformative experiences."
