Business Office Staff work to support the mission of Muhlenberg College.
Student services provided by the Business Office are Student Account Billing and Collection, College Cashier, Perkins Loan Reporting and Payroll Services.
College services provided by the Business Office are Payroll Services, Accounts Payable, Cashier Services and Endowment Accounting.

The IRS announced a standard mileage rate increase of 1.5 cents per mile for 2024. The college reimbursement policy is to reimburse mileage expenses in accordance with the IRS standard mileage rate.
Effective January 1, 2024, our mileage reimbursement rate will increase from 65.5 cents to 67.0 cents per mile. For travel before January 1, 2024, you will be reimbursed at the rate of 65.5 cents per mile. Travel after January 1, 2024, will be reimbursed at the rate of 67.0 cents per mile.
Please submit your reimbursements in a timely manner, preferably within two weeks of return from travel assignments.
