Muhlenberg College is thrilled to announce eBill, a new enhancement for our student and family experience when accessing semester invoices, statements or student account activity.

The Student Accounts office will be providing the eBill process using the Nelnet Campus Commerce Enterprise platform. EBill proactively notifies users via email of the availability of the semester invoice to simplify the way student account information can be accessed, which will help to better manage student account balances.

Authorized users and students will receive an email which will link to Enterprise. If not already created, students should visit Nelnet Campus Commerce through OneLogin, where they can also invite parents and third-party payers to create their own student account access. EBill will assist students and families in keeping current on important student account information and financial responsibility.

Please watch for implementation of these processes starting March 31, 2025 for student accounts that have outstanding balances. Student accounts that no longer have a balance due, can expect the first Ebill message sent relative to the next semester’s registration and billing.
