The OIT Help Desk provides technical support to the entire campus community. We are staffed with Service Desk Analysts and Student Help Desk Associates who are available to answer your questions and resolve your technical issues.

  • Visit the IT Support Portal (available in the OneLogin Application Portal) to report an issue, submit a service request, check on My Items or search the knowledge base.
  • Call us at 484-664-3566 to speak with a Service Desk Analyst or Student Help Desk Associate.
